Ingredients
  • FRUIT FILLING
  • 2 organic Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2tablespoons organic sugar
  • 2tablespoons brown rice flour
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1(10-ounce) bag frozen organic strawberries, thawed
TOPPING
  • 1cup organic rolled oats
  • 1/3cup brown rice flour
  • 3tablespoons canola oil
  • 2tablespoons organic sugar
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3cup dairy-free semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Gently fold in strawberries. Pour into an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine oats, flour, oil, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over strawberries. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake for 35 minutes.
