Mince garlic in a food processor. Add garbanzo beans, chipotles and sauce, tahini, lime juice, cilantro, and spices. Process until smooth, scraping sides of the bowl as needed. Add reserved garbanzo liquid as needed. Taste and adjust ingredients as desired.
