Ingredients
  • 8 bags black tea
  • 2 cups water
  • 1cup coconut milk
  • 3tablespoons coconut sugar or natural cane sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
  1. Bring tea bags and 2 cups water to a boil in a medium pan. Boil for 1–2 minutes; then remove from heat and let steep 10 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, squeezing to extract all flavor. Add coconut milk, sugar, and spices. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly before pouring into eight 3-ounce pop molds. Freeze until set, about 3 hours.
