This easy vegan weeknight dinner courtesy of Bragg, features veggies, tofu, and mouthwatering seasonings.
Bragg's Veggie, Mushroom & Tofu Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bell pepper, chop
- 1 cup beets and carrots, grated
- 1 cup green and red cabbage, sliced
- 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2 tablespoons Bragg Organic Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Bragg Sprinkle
- ¼ teaspoon Bragg Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Lightly sauté in Bragg Organic Olive Oil or stir-fry in lightly oiled wok until tender. Great when served with organic brown rice.
