Thoroughly wash blackberries and add to food processor with honey. Blend until puréed and smooth. If desired, pour through strainer for a smoother consistency.
In 4 champagne glasses, evenly distribute blackberry purée and ice, top with sparkling water or Prosecco, and stir. Finish with a fresh lime slice and rosemary sprig for garnish and added fragrance. Enjoy!
