  • 1cup frozen cranberries
  • ½cup chopped, raw organic red beets
  • ½cup frozen strawberries
  • 1teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1frozen medium banana
  • 1teaspoon honeyor 1 pitted date, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
