Ingredients
  • 4cups water
  • 3cups diced appleabout 2 small apples
  • 1/4cup raisins
  • 1teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2cups rolled oats
  • 2-4tablespoons sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except oats and seeds in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add oats all at once and stir. When mixture returns to a boil, decrease heat to low and cover. Cook for 5 minutes and pour into a bowl. Add the sunflower seeds and serve.
