1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine chopped apples and cherries. Drizzle with honey and toss gently to coat. Add cinnamon and lemon juice and toss again until well mixed. Transfer to a 1-1/2-quart casserole or pie dish lightly coated with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients except oil and mix well. Add oil and toss (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle on top of apple-cherry mixture. Bake for 40–50 minutes until lightly browned.
