There’s the beef
While I enjoy your magazine, I am unsettled to see that you occasionally write about consuming beef and bison. Eating meat is definitely not respecting Earth or living in harmony with all its inhabitants.

We understand your concern. At Delicious Living, we try to guide people to healthier eating no matter what their diet preferences. So in every issue, we try to feature a balance of vegetarian and nonvegetarian recipes. If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, we have hundreds of wonderful meatless recipes on our website. Visualize plastic
I was amazed by Chris Jordan’s photos in your June issue (“Running the Numbers”). It’s hard to believe that the 2 million bottles depicted in the photo is the amount used every five minutes. This poster should be plastered everywhere. Citizens can’t help but wake up when facing a photo like this instead of just the numbers.

Goji-licious!
How come no one ever mentions goji berries? They have ten times the antioxidants of blueberries. I have used them in cookies, but I would really like other recipes.
