Question:
What’s your favorite herb?
Answer:
“Red clover is a nutritive herb that supports the immune system, women’s systems and the skin. It’s been used for a long time, but unfortunately, most people think of it only as livestock fodder. But it’s a fabulous medicinal and food herb. It can be added to rice, salads and other dishes, as well as taken as a supplement.”
Question:
What herb’s going to be popular?
Answer:
“Yerba mansa, a southwestern plant native to the New Mexico and Arizona deserts, is an analogue to goldenseal and oregon grape. That means it works in a similar manner. It’s used for bacterial and viral infections, especially those of the sinuses and respiratory tract. It’s a good cold and flu herb. Yerba mansa is also a more renewable resource than either goldenseal or oregon grape and can be cultivated organically.”
