Kennedy's most recent fundraising venture has been the launch of a food line, modeled after Newman's Own. The label on its hallmark product, Keeper Springs Pure Mountain Spring Water, deems it "An environmental project by Robert F. Kennedy Jr." All profits go to local environmental groups, like the Riverkeeper organizations, working to protect waterways. "If a bottle of Keeper Springs is bought in Washington, DC," Kennedy explains, "the profits, for example, will go to help the Potomac River." Currently only available in some stores on the East Coast, national distribution is pending.
