To help relieve your child’s indigestion, try a gentle stomach massage with essential oils.
2 ounces vegetable oil, such as grape seed, almond, safflower, olive or sesame
6 drops lemongrass essential oil
1 drop chamomile essential oil
1 drop fennel essential oil
Gently rub mixture on your child’s tummy using soft, long strokes
