4 cups pure water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon dried peppermint leaf
1. Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Strain into a large glass jar. Drink 1 cup (hot) every few hours.
