Fix holes in wood

Disguise smalls holes in your backyard picnic table, kitchen chairs and table, and other wooden furniture with toothpicks. Just jam a toothpick in the hole, snap off the protruding end, sand it down and, if necessary, paint or varnish the spot to match the rest of the wood.
