5 recipe formulas everyone needs
Seafood packet formula
Makes 4 packets
3 cups spiralized crunchy vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, parsnips, beets, potatoes, and/or winter squash)
2 cups tender green vegetables (green beans, zucchini)
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound seafood (skinless fish fillets, sea scallops, shrimp)
1 recipe Spice Mix (see spice mix recipes, below)

SPICE MIX RECIPES
Citrus-Thyme Spice Mix: Combine 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel, ¾ teaspoon dried thyme, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon black pepper.
Southwest Spice Mix: Combine ¾ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon ground coriander, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground cumin and ⅛ teaspoon black pepper.
Curry Spice Mix: Combine 1 teaspoon curry powder, ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
