Elmhurst Milked Cashews
Elmhurst was founded in 2017, but the company’s roots date all the way back to 1925. After a chance meeting between plant-nutrition pioneer Dr. Cheryl Mitchell and Henry Schwartz, the owner of Elmhurst Dairy, everything changed. Henry made a progressive pivot – closing the famous plant to focus on using new innovation to create simpler, more nutritious and delicious plant-based beverages.
