Make DIY cold packs

Fill a few resealable plastic bags with dish soap and stick them in the freezer. Unlike water, which freezes into a hard block, frozen dish soap remains gel-like and pliable, making these packs perfect for draping over a sore knee or your kiddo’s pounding forehead. You can also stick these handy cold packs in your little ones’ lunchboxes to keep their food fresh.
