Yep, these silky green, nutritional wonders taste amazing grilled. And just like fresh avocados, they’re insanely versatile. Just slice the fruit in half, remove the pits and paint the flesh very lightly with olive oil. Then squeeze on some fresh lemon juice and add a dash of salt and, if you like, a seasoning such as black pepper or paprika. Place them on the grill flesh-side-down and grill for two minutes over medium heat. Now, your avocados are your oyster. Smash them up into guacamole, fold them into tacos or fill each “boat” with your favorite quinoa salad.
