Day 4
BREAKFAST:
- 2 scrambled eggs
- ⅛ bunch sliced kale, sautéed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bagel
- ½ tbsp butter
- 1 organic apple
- 8 oz. milk
LUNCH:
- Bacon, Kale, & Tomato Sandwich: 2 pieces whole-wheat bread, toasted; kale and tomato slices; 2 slices turkey bacon
- 4 oz. fresh carrots
- 8 oz. orange juice
DINNER:
- Black Bean and Brown Rice Soup
- 1 steamed corn on the cob
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh steamed broccoli
- 8 oz. milk
- Hot Spiced Banana
