Saying ‘I do’ to gluten-free weddings
Let them eat cake
When it comes to picking the cake, it actually can be a piece of cake. Really! You can always make your own gluten-free wedding cake, but you may not want to add another item on your to-do list. (We don’t blame you!) Instead, ask a family or friend to bake your gluten-free wedding cake or opt for using a local bakery. Some bakeries will even decorate a gluten-free wedding cake that you bring to them, just be sure to ask the right questions and see the space to ensure the bakery can properly prepare your wedding cake in a gluten-free manner free of cross-contact with wheat flour from other gluten cakes.
If you don’t want your entire wedding cake to be gluten free, you can also select a batch of gluten-free cupcakes for gluten-free guests to enjoy.
