Make a scrub for vegetables

If you’ve ever brought organic produce home from a farmer’s market or natural grocery store, you know that your first instinct is to wash it thoroughly before consuming. But to really get into those nooks and crannies, you don’t need a commercial vegetable wash. Mix a few tablespoons of baking soda into a cup of water. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle or pour into a mixing bowl you can use to scrub your fruits and veggies.
