This soft, shelf-stable ghee is made by heating butter and skimming out the milk proteins. 4th & Heart puts a flavorful spin on this ingredient that's popular in Indian cuisines by adding sea salt and garlic. Use it to cook eggs, smear it on toast or to saute veggies and meat (at 482 degrees Farenheit, ghee has a significantly higher smoke point than butter).
