We're pretty obsessed with this Burmese salad kit, which is served in droves at the San Francisco-based restaurant Burma Superstar. Take the pouch of fermented tea leaves (called "laphet") and mix with fresh romaine, your choice of freshly chopped vegetables and a sprinkle of the garlicky, peanut-y traditional Burmese crunchy mix for a filling lunch and dinner. Bonus: The umami-esque fermented tea leaves and crunchy mix are both sold separately if you want to get creative while cooking.
