I’m already in love with Costigan’s delicious creations (she created the Mandarin Orange Ganache Tart on the cover of our 2013 Holiday Cookbook); this book puts my admiration over the top with dairy-free, organic, fair-trade, and unfailingly sumptuous chocolate treats.
