Don’t settle for dried; anti-inflammatory fresh ginger is a must at this time of year. It’s fantastic grated into stir-fries or soups, or thinly sliced directly into hot tea every morning, which I started doing to resolve a cold. Now I keep drinking it because it warms me up and provides a good digestive boost; plus I’m addicted to the flavor.
