Neat

This convenient, family-friendly, soy- and gluten-free ground meat replacement is made with pecans and garbanzos and comes in three flavors: original, Mexican spice, and Italian spice. Simply mix with egg replacement (or egg, if you’re not vegan) plus water, stir, and heat in a pan. At Expo, I sampled Neat in mini tacos, and if I were less scrupulous I would have grabbed a whole tray and ran.
