A study published in the journal Cephalalgia found that sex might benefit those with intense headaches. Out of about 100 people who suffered from migraines, 60 percent reported that their pain levels improved after having sex with their partner.
3) Improved immunity
In a study involving 112 people, those who had sex one to two times per week had significantly higher saliva levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA), antibodies that fight bacteria, viruses, and toxins.
