5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large bunch red Swiss chard, stems removed, leaves washed and roughly chopped
2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1. Peel garlic. Crush each clove with the side of a kitchen knife until flat.
2. Over medium-low heat, coat bottom of a saucepan with olive oil. Add garlic and sauté, turning once, until both sides are golden (2–3 minutes). Do not allow garlic to brown. Remove from pan and finely chop; set aside.
3. Increase heat to high and add chard to pan. Gently toss just until wilted, 1–2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and top with chopped garlic and crumbled goat cheese.
