Serve your delicious Creamy Feta Dip with this zesty sparkling mocktail and you’ll have folks lining up for more. For an extra flavor boost, add in a little fresh tarragon.
Ingredients
- 3 or 4 chopped cucumber slices
- 2 Tbsp honey syrup
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Sparkling soda
- Fresh tarragon optional
Instructions
- Using a wooden spoon in deep bowl, muddle cucumber slices with honey syrup, and lime juice. In highball glass, place a couple ice cubes and strain cucumber juice overtop. Add sparkling soda and garnish, as desired. For extra flavor, muddle in fresh tarragon with your cucumber.
