Recently some manufacturers are finding that it's become harder to source quality ingredients, so even without Dr. Oz there are out of stocks that didn't used to happen. People I've talked to think this will just accelerate with increasing demand and climate change. So get your staff accustomed to offering alternatives. And for a manufacturer that won't take care of you? Give that shelf space to a company that will.</p>
