I take a multivitamin that has vitamin D, probiotics, and a whole food concentrate! Plus I also take protein powder daily. The multivitamin is recent, so I wonder how my body will start changing? :)

I do probiotics, Vitamin D3, Fish Oil (EPA/DHA), Calcium + Magnesium and a Multi. I also use protein powder in my post workout smoothies. I get everything I can through food - but sometimes I need a boost in some areas!

These are great supplements, but most younger women should talk to their doctor about taking a mulitvitamin with added iron in it. Although years ago I had a doctor who asked why I was taking a multi. I responded, "Because everyone should," and then found a new doctor!
