Comment Snippet:  <p> I can absolutely believe that taking calcium without co-factors with it&mdash;namely magnesium&mdash;would result in risks. What is the body to do with unmitigated calcium that cannot be absorbed properly? It would be nice to believe that the excess would just be safely eliminated&mdash;but, what if it is not?</p>
