Walnut Fettuccine

Serves 4 / Add leftover cooked chicken, pork, or just about anything else to this tasty, quick dish.

6-8 ounces fettuccine or linguine (plain, spinach, or tomato)
4 ounces low-fat garlic and herb spreadable cheese
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Freshly ground mixed peppercorns

1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and return to warm pan. Add cheese, yogurt, walnuts, and pepper; toss well.
