Gluten free, Vegan, Quick | This luscious frozen treat is as tasty as it is healthy. Dates are a concentrated source of natural sugars; they also contain selenium, copper, potassium, and manganese. For a little more sweetness, add half a frozen banana or a little agave. 

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and run on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down occasionally. Adjust consistency with more milk, if needed.
