Hydration factor: Of all common berries, strawberries deliver the most vitamin C per ounce, as well as a significant amount of water. Pair them with yogurt to up the health content even more via the addition of calcium, probiotics and B vitamins. Surprisingly, the higher the fat content in yogurt, the more hydrating it is.

  1. Put half of the strawberries in a food processor and pulse until chopped. Add remaining berries, agave, lemon juice and yogurt; process until smooth, scraping sides and breaking up berry chunks as needed.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freeze until solid, at least 8 hours or overnight. (Time to freeze may depend on the size of your molds.) Serve immediately, or remove from molds and wrap each individually in plastic wrap.
