An easy way to include more vegetables into a diet, this low-calorie side only takes 5 minutes to make. When fresh snap peas aren't available, use frozen.

Directions
  1. Remove stems and strings from the snap peas.
  2. Blanch in boiling water, 1 minute; drain and transfer to ice water. Drain and pat dry; place in a large bowl.
  3. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, dry-toast the brown or white sesame seeds until lightly colored, 1 minute. Add to peas, along with black sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil, and salt.
  4. Toss until well combined. Serve warm or cold.
