1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup cereal, such as toasted oats or puffed rice
1. In frying pan over medium heat, stir peanut butter with wooden spoon for about 1 minute, or until very soft. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until soft and a little melted.
2. Add cereal. Mix slowly until cereal is coated. Scoop spoonfuls into lumps onto large plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 15 minutes.
