Peanut-Butter Smoothie

Serves 1 / Lee Zalben, owner of Peanut Butter & Co. in New York City, serves up peanut-butter-centered dishes and packages six kinds of peanut butter: smooth, crunchy, white chocolate, dark chocolate, cinnamon-raisin, and spicy. Try the company's smoothie recipe and drink to good health.

8 ounces plain soy milk
3-5 large ice cubes
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 large ripe banana

1. Place soy milk and ice in blender. Add peanut butter, then honey and banana. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
