A light, comforting drink that’s perfect after a meal or just before bed.
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a simmer. Add mint and agave or sugar. Simmer for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 6 minutes. Strain, squeezing mint to extract all liquid. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into cups and add one-half slice of lemon to each.
