  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (loosely packed)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint (loosely packed)
  • Juice of 1 1/2 limes
  • 2 generous pinches sea salt

A cooling summer dessert that cleanses the palate and refreshes the senses.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high 1 minute, until honey dissolves and mixture is finely pureed. Transfer to ice-cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions; or freeze in a pan, scraping occasionally with a fork.
