Shake things up with a peppy Cilantro Pepita Pesto. Top on your favorite Mexican fare.

  1. In a food processor, mince garlic and cilantro. Add lime juice, pepitas and salt; pulse until pepitas are finely chopped. Slowly add oil; blend until combined.
