Chocolate Banana Burst Serves 2 Packed with protein, this is a perfect post-workout smoothie.
1 cup carob soy milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
3 ripe bananas
Pour soy milk into blender. Add protein powder, honey, tofu and bananas. Blend. Add ice cubes one at a time until smooth.
