Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 5 packets Bakery on Main Maple Multigrain Muffin Instant Oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 4 large red apples, diced

  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 11⁄2 cups dairy-free ice cream or yogurt, for serving

Made with Bakery On Main gluten-free instant oatmeal, this easy treat is delicious with dairy-free ice cream or yogurt. 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 ̊. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine almond extract, oatmeal, and almond meal. Using hands, add butter to oat mixture and mix well; mixture will clump together. Add apples and dried cherries; mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes; remove from oven and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with dairy-free ice cream or yogurt, if desired.
