Serves 6/ An invigorating take on a traditional Norwegian recipe.

  1. Core apples; trim and peel rutabaga and celery root.
  2. Coarsely grate apples and vegetables by hand or with a food processer fitted with a grater disc.
  3. Toss in a large bowl with lemon juice and parsley.
