Recipe Ingredient Details:
4 cups bite-size watermelon chunks
1/4 cup finely diced crystallized ginger
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Pinch Sea salt
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Recipe Instructions:
Place watermelon in a serving bowl. Toss ginger into melon, but do not stir. Dissolve sea salt into lime juice. Pour mixture over melon. Add minced parsley. Toss everything gently.
