Breakfast doesn't get any easier than this. Encourage kids to make their own shakes -- a great way to introduce them to basic cooking skills (and tofu).

1 (10.5-ounce) box silken tofu, drained
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (or honey)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
Recipe Instructions:
Purée all ingredients in a blender until creamy smooth.
