Recipe Ingredient Details:
1 pound (4 cups) snap peas
2 teaspoons brown or white sesame seeds
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Recipe Instructions:
Remove stems and strings from the snap peas.
Blanch in boiling water, 1 minute; drain and transfer to ice water. Drain and pat dry; place in a large bowl.
In a small skillet over medium-high heat, dry-toast the brown or white sesame seeds until lightly colored, 1 minute. Add to peas, along with black sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil, and salt.
Toss until well combined. Serve warm or cold.
