3-3 1/2 cups honeydew (about 1/2 large melon; cubed)
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (loosely packed)
1/4 cup fresh mint (loosely packed)
Juice of 1 1/2 limes
2 generous pinches sea salt
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high 1 minute, until honey dissolves and mixture is finely pureed. Transfer to ice-cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions; or freeze in a pan, scraping occasionally with a fork.
