This rub with attitude makes a terrific gift for your favorite grilling fan. Use it to season steak, pork, lamb, chicken, or seafood.
Recipe Ingredient Details:
2 tablespoons fennel seed, toasted and crushed
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic (about 6 large cloves)
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
Zest from 1 orange
3/4 cups kosher salt
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate in an airtight container.
