1/4 onion (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup loosely packed basil leaves
1 10-ounce package frozen shelled edamame (thawed)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
black pepper (to taste)
Toss onion and basil in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients.
